This cinnamon roll recipe will get you in the mood for fall

-500 g of flour T552 c. teaspoon sunflower oilGently heat the milk with the cinnamon or the cardamom pods and 50 g of butter. In a food processor fitted with a dough hook, knead the flour, 75 g of sugar, the baking powder, 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon or cardamom, and the salt. Remove the spices from the milk and gradually add it to the batter. Knead until the dough is smooth. Place it in a large oiled bowl. Cover and let rise for 2 hours. Combine the remaining spices and sugar.

Distribute the spiced butter evenly over the entire surface of the dough. Fold, bringing the upper third of the dough rectangle towards you, then fold the lower third. Cut this rectangle into 12 3.5 × 11 cm strips. Cut each strip in half lengthwise, leaving one end intact. Twist, then wrap the twist around itself around your fingers. Tuck the ends under the knot of dough. Arrange the buns on 2 baking sheets lined with baking paper. Cover and let stand 30 minutes in a warm place.
