The Château de Versailles and the house of Dior: Maria Grazia Chiuri explores their entwined histories More than 70 years after its beginnings, the house of Dior continues to uphold its unique and particular relationship with this emblematic monument of French culture. For her Fall/Winter 2021-2022 collection,explores the notions which entwine the Château of Versailles to proto-feminism and she enlisted the artistwho unveiled her piece “Shadow Gallery”, a subversive installation where opaque mirrors call upon our imagination to form the female figure.
