Where to find the most authentic ramen in Paris?

Newly opened just this weekend in Paris, Kodawari Tsukiji recreates the vibrant atmosphere found in Japanese fish markets. Between the brimming crates of seafood and other produce, a delicious bowl of ramen awaits, made according to tradition.
Where to find the most authentic ramen in Paris

Parisians are no strangers to piping hot bowls of ramen. We're already familiar with Kodawari Ramen, a small noodle bar on the Rive Gauche, where diners enjoy fabulous noodles underneath hanging latterns. Flash forward to the opening of Kodawari Tsukiji, where diners are transported right into the heart of a Japanese fish market. Run by the same team as Kodowari Ramen, this new restaurant finds its home on rue Richelieu in Paris. Between crates full of fish and ice (entirely fake as evidenced by the lack of smell), you can sit around long wooden tables enjoying a bowl of ramen emanating flavors from the sea. What's on the menu? Ramen with sardines from Brittany, scallops cooked with yuzu, monkfish with sea greens... and for dessert? Waffles stuffed with matcha and praline sculpted to resemble sea bream. Noodle lovers, unite.
