Jacob Sansom, 39, and Maurice Cardinal, 57, were found shot to death on a rural road in northern Alberta two months ago

“There’s nothing that these two men could have done to justify dying over,” Sarah Sansom said in an interview from her home in Nobleford in southern Alberta.Sansom said her spouse was born and raised northeast of Edmonton around Bonnyville, and his family has had a trapline in the area for almost a century.

Sansom said her husband accomplished anything he set his mind to, even if he didn’t succeed right away.He wrote a young adult sci-fi novel that his wife wants to publish posthumously. The younger man would have to remember to put his phone on silent at night because Cardinal liked to call at 5 a.m. every day – and keep calling until his nephew woke up.

But finances were tight, so Jake Sansom drove seven hours north to hunt moose with his uncle near Bonnyville, where the family has hunting rights.

Protesters prepare to rally in Toronto against anti-black racism after woman falls from balconyNow we’ll really see the difference between us and our neighbours down south. Or will we? I’d like to think so If she fell, why is there a protest? They need to get over themselves. Canada is literally the least racist country on the planet.

Video Shows 84-Year-Old Woman With Walker Being Tripped In B.C.Police say incidents targeting the East Asian community are on the rise since the coronavirus pandemic began. Will Trudeau say something ? Doubt it I can't believe anyone would actually do this. Pretty sick if it is even true news. Regardless, I am tired of tribalism being imprinted into the minds of society by media sources. The way I see it, the government and media are to blame for instigating civil divide and civil war. What the F is wrong with some people! Hope they are found and get more than a telling off by the RCMP!

'There's a lot I want to say': Toronto police chief reveals new details in death of woman who fell from balconyToronto's police chief said there is “a whole lot” he wants to say about the death of Regis Korchinski-Paquet, who fell from a 24th-floor balcony Wednesday evening, but that he can't now that the province’s police watchdog has been called in to investigate. Out of respect can you please at least not say 'who fell from balcony' when there are numerous reports and testimonies out there that she was pushed and killed?! At least be neutral!.. So the family lawyer explains 'at the time certain statements were made..., the family had a lot of emotion and grief and were mourning the loss of their daughter.” Those statements remain unretracted and are feathers in the wind generating a false narrative.
