B.C. chiefs have visited the protest site on the Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory

Hereditary chiefs of the indigenous Wet'suwet'en Nation, who are trying to halt contruction of British Columbia's Coastal GasLink pipeline, are welcomed with a ceremonial greeting by Tyendinaga Mohawk members in Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory in eastern Ontario on Feb. 21, 2020.

Several crockpots and chafing dishes were been delivered to the community centre. It is unclear exactly who is at the meeting, but it was confirmed that hereditary chiefs arrived in Tyendinaga last night and visited the camp on Wyman Road.In a video published by a protestor, the chiefs are shown signing their names and the words “Tyendinaga 2020” on the red snow plow that has been a fixture at the blockade. A press conference with the hereditary chiefs is scheduled for 3:30 p.m. on Friday.

Between the lot of them, not a single employed person could be found.

A fun evening of chanting, dancing and beating the drum around the camp fire. Maybe a little firewater too.

Ever tried to book a flight last minute? Expensive! Wonder who footing the bill?

And who is paying for all these protesters and meetings ? It is us the taxpayers and what are we getting out of this? I would say nothing!!! How can one group hold the whole country hostage, where is our leadership?

If they had an credibility whatsoever the people they would be meeting with are the members of the Wetsu’wet’en First Nation community itself

Wet'suwet'en chiefs to spend Friday with Mohawk supporters in OntarioA group of hereditary leaders from the Wet'suwet'en Nation in British Columbia is to spend the day with Mohawk supporters in Ontario. Meanwhile China is stealing all of our intellectual property and growing their economy with leaps and bounds. Canada is experiencing ideological subversion from paid foreign interest to destabilize our economy from within. I wonder what the outcome of the emergency response team will be? A response? All they are doing is garnering contempt and disgust, not support.
