“While we are there we want to do 1,000 animals – spay, neuter and vaccinate, microchip, flea treat, tick treat, clean their ears, clip their nails,” said Fine. Fine said having people like Morgan, who have experience in pop-up international spay and neuter clinics, is crucial.
