STORY CONTINUES BELOW THESE SALTWIRE VIDEOSSYDNEY - Vanuatu's parliament speaker has appealed a court decision that found a vote of no-confidence in Prime Minister Ishmael Kalsakau had been won by opposition parties, prolonging a political crisis in the Pacific Islands nation.
