The results revealed a small, statistically significant positive association between social anxiety and cannabis problems, defined as “any negative physical, emotional or social outcome from use.”Article content

It suggests ways in which to free up interfering behaviour includes having individuals spend time non-judgmentally observing how cannabis use works for them and committing to a goal of letting go of cannabis use that is predominantly motivated by coping with anxiety and/or as a safety or avoidance behaviour.Article content
