The history:

The first unit she saw was a 700-square-foot, one-bed, one-bath condo listed at $279,000, but she thought it was too small. The unit next door was larger, a 938-square-foot two-level loft priced at $324,000. She could purchase both units: the smaller one for Emily and the larger one for herself. Emily and Joanne both spent some time thinking about whether they were ready to move.

The units had been on the market for 90 days, so Joanne and Emily figured they had some time to make their decision. Two weeks later, in mid-June, Joanne booked another visit to view the units with Emily.

Trying to figure out why a story about someone moving from Oakville to Brantford is in Toronto Life.. of course the properties are cheaper why not just move to Sudbury or Nunavut it’s far but the prices so cheap!! This is what our planning policies are doing! 😂 topoli onpoli
