The Ministry of Advanced Education says it will provide $1.5-million in financial aid to students whose studies and jobs have been affected as the province tries to contain the spread of the virus

Officials say in a news release that the bursaries will be available from April 1 to September 30.The one-time bursaries will be available to both domestic and international students.

Premier Scott Moe is also to announce emergency aid today for businesses that have taken an economic hit due to COVID-19 restrictions.

It’s because the feds haven’t addressed post secondary students yet. He’s got personal problems with the Prime Minister that’s why he came out with this. In a crisis, Moe hasn’t been visible nearly enough and has no idea of what playing politics in a pandemic might do. Resign!
