Would like to understand whole story. On surface it seems woman would be person to apolgize. How can someone on a phone acces a situation. Let’s be fair to all involved.

Clearly she's not to blame because she's a woman. So who really perpetrated this crime? Her father in how he raised her? Her male associates in the poisonous views they pushed into her brain? Perhaps we'll never know. Someone should ask her.

But why harass her on her way by calling her names and spouting off? How about be a man at least and not a mouthpiece.

The media using these meaningless individual interactions as content and turning them into national 'news' is pure lazy gutter journalism. All it does is distort the public's perceptions while feeding distrust, hatred and division.

Why are the police apologizing? Arrest the woman who placed the call for a hate crime and fire the 911 agent, then get on with everyone’s day. Who could have guessed that an over privileged woman would have a hissyfit over nothing!
