Moviegoers will once again be able to enjoy popcorn during a flick when theatres reopen on Monday.
The change is one of several the government shared on Thursday making minor adjustments to the first phase of the province’s upcoming reopening. This, Moore said Thursday, is because COVID-19 is so widespread in Ontario that business-run contact tracing of individuals won’t provide any benefit to slowing its transmission.Monday will also be the earliest that some health-care services, including cancer screenings and other diagnostics, will resume in Ontario.
