What test was used? PCR? If so, what Cycle Threshold? These numbers are meaningless until journalists start asking the right questions. Same with the modeling: is it similar to Ferguson's discredited model? Get the data-set for the modeling and have it independently evaluated.

Testing should be stopped except for those who work in hospitals and nursing homes. Everyone else take off the mask but wash your hands and maintain distance.
