Ontario's deputy premier says the province's vaccine passport system may not start to wind down next month as planned if the Omicron coronavirus variant proves itself a greater danger to the public than Delta.
“We anticipate that we will need it for at least the next several months ... and maybe for longer than that, once we know more about the Omicron variant.” Elliott said Monday there was always the understanding that the vaccine passport system could stay beyond the planned timeframe due to conditions in the province.

The Vietnamese province of Thanh Hoa suspended a batch of Pfizer’s COVID vaccine after more than 120 teens were hospitalized after being vaccinated. According to news reports, three Vietnamese teens have died after getting the Pfizer vaccine.
No restaurant is doing serious check of the vaccine certificate. Also, the so called certificate can be easily faked so what's the point of continuing it.

Is the passport keeping Covid out of businesses? It’s now proven fully vaccinated can get and spread Covid. Passports for hospitals, LTC, etc., Ok but it makes no sense in light of “science” in businesses.
Why does it matter? Most places are just eyeballing QR Codes anyway.... Eyeballs can't tell a real qr code from a fake.
