NATO was supposed to disband after the Warshaw Pack dissolved and NATO agreed to limit its eastward expansion. Both promises abandoned while war mongering media and politicals kept up the long term demonization of Russia. Canada has deep ties to the military industrial complex.
Bullshit, the USSR disbanded under the promise that NATO wouldn't keep moving East, which wasn't kept. The west are the aggressors and moving on Russia's borders and not the other way around
