After a minor dust-up, the kidnappers fled with Hajtamiri in a white Lexus RX. There have never been ransom demands or contacts with the criminals responsible. What the public and media didn’t know was that Hajtamiri had been the victim of a violent attack on Dec. 20 in an underground Richmond Hill parking garage. Luckily, the attack was thwarted when it was interrupted.She was taken to a local hospital and treated for non-life-threatening injuries.

Nine days after she was grabbed, Lilo was charged with criminal harassment. According to cops, he allegedly hired a private detective to keep tabs on Elna. Why he may have done this isn’t particularly clear. “It’s not a domestic incident. That’s not what it’s about,” one police source alleged. “It’s about stolen trucks being shipped to Africa and the Middle East by a criminal gang.”Ontario Provincial Police
