Thousands of people are raising money online for a Missouri man who served 43 years in prison for a crime he didn't commit.

The Midwest Innocence Project created a GoFundMe account to help Strickland restart his life, since he doesn't qualify for help from the state of Missouri. His first night out of prison was a restless one, where thoughts of returning to prison, among others, kept him awake, he said Wednesday.

Wow! Words cannot express the horror of what this poor man went through! He should be compensated MUCH, MUCH more than the amount collected thus far!
