BREAKING: Man pulled from Lake Ontario after falling off tour boat near Ontario Place has died in hospital, police say

Emergency crews were called to the waterfront park at 2:41 p.m. for reports that a man had fallen into the water.

Toronto police and fire boats were dispatched to the lake, and a search immediately commenced to locate the man. More than two hours later, crews found the man, pulled him out of the water and began life-saving efforts.The circumstances surrounding the incident are unknown.

If he was unvaccinated it could have been much worse

Was he fully vaccinated and wearing a mask while on the boat?

How drunk was he ?

Why did the tour company not make everyone wear a life jacket? They should be fined for that.

Where was his life jacket. We own a boat and it's the first thing I put on.

Was he leaning over too much. Otherwise how can someone accidentally fall.

People, don’t go on a boat unless you’re a good swimmer. Period. Water is one of those tho ga you just don’t mess with

Learn to swim if you are planning to go on to water. at least wear a life jacket.

Too many on the water especially ones that are not experienced enough think they're tough shit don't ha e ro have one or on at hand wonder how many people on boat or if it was a single person in boat..😡😡🙏
