If players played(ing) at the NHL level, then they've been playing at a high level of hockey for many years in the minors and juniors. Surely they'd been yelled at, at each level by someone, at some point. They're not made of glass, Toughen up !!
Best thing I've heard from an NHL executive at any level, any team, the last 3 weeks. Told it like it is. Unhappiness, there ALWAYS will be. Abuse, honestly is in the eyes of the beholder. People consider yelling at someone, abuse. Coaches yell at players all the time.
