Josh Ho-Sang, who was with the Islanders’ AHL affiliate in Bridgeport, was re-assigned to the St. Louis Blues’ farm club in San Antonio.

‘ AHL affiliate to San Antonio, the farm club of the St. Louis Blues.According to Sound Tigers play-by-play voice Alan Fuehring, the Islanders have the ability to send Ho-Sang to any other team’s AHL affiliate.

A lot of fans asking how this is possible. An NHL team can reassign any of its prospects to a different franchise at any given time. Obviously both sides must agree.

Why would this be news oh gee let me guess...

The next 66... He should be a top line player right?😂

Lou: 'We're gonna send Ho-Sang down to the AHL' Ho-Sang: 'Guess I'll pack my stuff for Bridgeport' Lou: 'I had something different in mind...' *closes eyes and runs finger along a map, stops and opens eyes Ho-Sang: 'Huh?' Lou: 'San Antonio!!!'

Sad, so much potential but refuses to check his ego.

Wait NHL teams can do that? I thought you had to go to their respective AHL affiliate

Why?

Buh bye
