What waste of the courts time....these parents should not be putting the lives of babies on the line. Children can die from these preventable diseases. No vaccination- no going to publicly funded schools.

Apparently kids are better off with health care decisions made for them on the basis of a parent's 'faith' claims rather than science. Wouldn't it be fitting for those parents of faith to have astrological signs applied to determine their own health care.

Fine...don’t vaccinate them. But be prepared to homeschool those kids. Your religious beliefs, compared to my kids’ and society’s health means squat to me. My only hope is those kids get their own shots the instant they are able.

Doesn’t violate any rights - a child has a right to be protected against life changing disease - that includes preventing children who are not vaccinated from going to school- parents have a choice

Sigh. The fact that Polio is almost completely eradicated is proof that vaccines work. I hope this case fails and in fact, hope that unless there’s a real medical reason for exemptions that shot be mandatory. Safety of all trumps the quackery of the internet.

They should be jailed for child abuse

What people need to understand is that vaccines are to create herd immunity. Not everyone is so fortunate to have good immune systems.

My kids are fully vaccinated but I agree with the parents
