Matthew Lombardi designed the ’GorceryHero” website following a conversation with a doctor friend who expressed frustartion that they could not sign up for grocery delivery with most of those services dealing with an unprecedented surge in demmannd.
The medical professional will pay the cost of the groceries but will not have to pay any fees associated with the delivery. Lombardi said that Grocery Hero will only be available to Toronto residents for now but he said that he is hopeful that it could be expanded nationaly if there is interest.
