The Canadian Food Inspection Agency says Thomson International Inc. of Bakersfield, Calif., is expanding its recall of red, yellow, white and sweet yellow varieties.
Federal officials say people should not eat, use, sell or serve any onions from this company and if people aren’t sure where an onion was grown they should not eat it. “The outbreak investigation is ongoing as illnesses continue to be reported to the Public Health Agency of Canada,” reads a Friday update on the agency’s website.Article content continued
