" has decided not to follow these mandatory restrictions, nor have they attempted to work with AHS to reduce the risk of COVID-19 transmission."

If you're a religious person, you can worship anywhere. Those who HAVE to be in church are there for social reasons, not just religious. Right now the need for social interaction is trumped by health concerns.
