I think it would be cognitively dissonant of Albertans to claim that Ottawa does not care about Alberta when they spend billions on projects to aid Albertas economic situation.

Government got taken for a ride buying a non economically viable pipeline and then the cost went up 70% which is probably the biggest cost increase for a project anywhere near this size in the history of mankind. Lot of genius went into this.
