, on Tuesday, March 29, 2016. TORONTO -- Jennifer Neville-Lake says what remains of her family will not be allowed to attend an upcoming parole hearing for the manher father and three children due to measures enacted to stop the spread of COVID-19 in prisons.

“In an effort to protect the health and safety of the public, Parole Board of Canada Board members, staff, and inmates in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the PBC has cancelled all observer attendance at its hearings until further notice,” she said. On Sept. 27, 2015, a heavily intoxicated Muzzo crashed his Jeep Cherokee into a minivan carrying Gary Neville, 65, Jennifer Neville-Lake’s father, and her three children, Daniel, 9, Harrison, 5 and Milagros, 2.Muzzo, whose family’s construction business is worth more than $1 billion, was returning from Pearson Airport at the time, where he had recently landed in a private jet after celebrating his bachelor party in Miami.

Judges and the system are so backwards here in ontario.

10 year sentence, 4 years in and already a Second parole hearing are you kidding me? Why isn’t the hearing cancelled like everything else due to Covid? He shouldn’t even be able to whisper the word parole for 4-5 more years at least!! pathetic

This is so wrong.

Since Muzzo was given a very lenient sentence of only 10 years, he should be required to serve every single day. No parole. Ever. It was vehicular murder, after all.

They should be allowed to remotely connect

Doesn’t make sense so why proceed to the court hearing if you fear covid? Postpone until this crisis clears out so the victims relatives can be heard! Where is justice? How much are you getting paid for these judges?

If they let this spoiled entitled party boy out, it just proves once again there is a set of different laws for the rich!

So her rights get suspended but his don't? How about the whole parole hearing gets delayed. Hasn't this poor lady already had enough stolen from her!
