Whilst $1m seems excessive who in their right mind thought it acceptable to cut her hair.... in what world is this normal, it would have been outrageous when I went to school many many years ago

If this was my child…. I would happily take her for a special spa day maybe get some headbands for fun. While my husband was knocking and shaving heads at the school. I hope he wins this and the school staff is punished. If they are not fired already they should be.
