The 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Manhattan issued its conclusions in a series of orders it released regarding 2016 depositions by Ghislaine Maxwell.
Maxwell, 58, is scheduled for trial next July on charges that she helped recruit girls, including one as young as 14, for Epstein to abuse in the 1990s. She has pleaded not guilty and has been held without bail since her early July arrest. If convicted, she could face up to 35 years in prison.A lawyer for Maxwell had argued that the depositions shouldn't be made public because they are evidence in the criminal case brought against her.
Maxwell's lawyers said the depositions should remain secret because they form the basis of perjury charges in the indictment against Maxwell. "I don't know what you're talking about," Maxwell responded, her lawyer noted in making his arguments for secrecy.
So it should be with all the damage they have done😡😡
Good. I truly want to see this woman get hit with the full extent of the law and treated as ordinary as any other female criminal... Put her in a regular prison and not a up scale one.
many Canadians on the Epstein logs even Mr Trudeau
When they gonna name names.
Everyone here believing she’s actually in prison?
Pig
Another useless piece of flesh.
Epstein’s ex-girlfriend? His business parter, his partner in crime, his madame. Girlfriend minimizes her role in his criminal network.
This will expose a lot of people whom deserve what is coming. Some Canadians will be named too.
Let the hammer fall where it may ... Your gonna see a lot of rich elites some in public life flee to countries with no extradition treaty’s ... I wanna see these sex offenders exposed and jailed for their crimes against children⌛️⚖️
Good.
Yay
This is the biggest criminal case in history. Many rich and powerful are involved. Keep a close eye on this one. Blackmail Extortion intertwined with Politicians.
She can't be an ex-girlfriend, Epstein was into little girls.
Also. She was the mistress and a pimp
