Health-care services such as cancer screenings and other diagnostics will resume in Ontario as soon as Monday.

Services won’t restart provincewide, and the government will reveal “in the coming days” the criteria that hospitals and other health providers must meet beforehand, Hilkene said in an email. Monday is also when many businesses in the province can reopen, including gyms, indoor dining, theatres, museums, and other sports and recreational facilities, but they can only be half full, at most.

Another change is that, as of Monday, Ontario businesses won’t have to conduct their own contact tracing.
