“I think this would put us even more squarely in the territory of reprisals by Russia,” warned William Pellerin, a partner with the McMillan LLP law firm and former Global Affairs Canada lawyer. “It certainly raises risks for Canadian businesses abroad…. I’m not convinced that the benefits outweigh the risks.”Article content

“I’ve not been hiding,” she said in an interview. “I do encourage our ministers, our government to support this.”Article content , says a “state supporter” is a country that provides financing or certain other help to listed terrorist groups. The Donetsk Regional Theatre of Drama burns after being hit by a Russian airstrike in Mariupol, Ukraine, in March 2022. Hundreds of civilians were sheltering inside when the building was destroyed.Designating Russia — ideally in concert with Canadian allies — would at least have a symbolic, political impact, making it clear “this is a pariah state,” said Balkan Devlen, a fellow with the Macdonald Laurier Institute and Russia expert.

And Trudeau avoided being labeled a stalinist dictator. Go figure.

Because then we would have to admit that Canada acts like one too.

If it's about killing Ukraine citizens you would first have to label Ukraine a terrorist state. They've been at it since 2014.

Maybe it’s because our PM is a coward. How did it work out for the two Michael’s. He wants to get a bunch of board appointments. He does not care about the country. Literally how many scandals need to occur before the morales we as Canadians are SUPPOSE to have kick in.

Maybe because either it doesn't fit the definition or a redefinition of the term would have to be broadened to have implications on countries like the United States. Why doesn't the National Post tell the whole story about this war and let us decide?

Fact check false: Ukraine was terrorizing their people in the Donbass since 2012. Simple investigative journalism would provide staff with the tools to transmit the truth.

how fucked up is that

So what about citizens killed by Ukraine?

Mind boggling.

For now.

So and when starting the National Post USA as a terrorist state!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Whoa!!!! Hold on it wasn’t that long ago the news agencies were telling the people that Ukraine was destroying the Russian Military and the casualties were massive.

Just a tip, maybe you should really 'journal' and research laralogan she'll teach you a thing or two on what the real story is. 🤫

We are because we know Joe Biden is the cause of this war!

Now tell the other half of the story. Only suckers will fall for that title.
