Canada Goose beats revenue estimates, shares jump GlobeBusiness

Canada Goose Holdings Inc reported quarterly sales above Wall Street estimates on Wednesday, lifted by higher orders for the luxury apparel maker’s parkas and jackets from department stores, sending its U.S.-listed share up 10 per cent.

Revenue rose 27.7 per cent to $294-million , well above analysts’ estimates of $267.3-million, according to IBES data from Refinitiv. Net income rose to $60.6-million, or 55 cents per share, in the second quarter ended Sept. 29 from $49.9-million, or 45 cents per share, a year earlier.Due to technical reasons, we have temporarily removed commenting from our articles. globebusiness Bought a coat online from them. The zipper seems to be defective as it doesn't match up easily and is curved at the bottom. Asked them if that was normal and they sloughed me off. I now have an unused 1K coat hanging in the closet. I wear my Lands End parka instead.
