For positive news there are currently less than 1500 active cases and today there were more recoveries than positive tests - media question - does a positive pcr test = an active infectious covid 19 case?

Infections?

So if a person has so much as a runny nose they are told to self isolate and test. It’s Sept and every Canadian will have a runny nose. So the MSM loves this because a very high percentage of positives are false.
