Vanishing pensions, poor job security, stagnant wages, no benefits, and predatory employer tactics do not create a lot of loyalty. Everyone is fed up. I know of this happening. I retired, but kept in close contact with my old colleague. The person that replaced me… only last 1.5 yrs in the job & gave in his resignation via email about 2 months ago. My old boss had just taken over when I left…. described as “toxic” by others!

Basically you can’t afford me. An ageing population that hate foreigner workers, celebrate the fact it is impossible to afford child care without 2 adults in the household in full time employment. That’s the friendliest country in the world for you. If only we could do the home local manufacturing thing but it requires people to be honest in handling made products or franchise when not under constant supervision unless machines are under remote lock & apartments allow basement room, etc to house machine for cottage industry.

Who's supporting these people? Of course, they can comfortably stay home and collect Covid pay. Given the state of daycare in this country does that surprise you? Also called retirement And they are all politicians 🧐 why work when gov pays you to sit at home. wake up !

Because the people have no other way to make a stand besides not working. That way the government gets 0 money. They need us to work to get paid. Well they gotta eat sometime ! 🤔Corporations need to understand manageable work-loads which **may not** have been realistic🤓 Additionally ~ every workingmom I know is near exhaustion so childcare options are impacting women disproportionately ~especially single moms😔 Mentalhealth

Basic income will coming soon Why seeking employment when you can get Cerb 2k a month . End social support programs and that problem should fix itself. Great numbers 38.27 million people,130,000 left the work place do the percentage not even news worthy F off and do something right for once, not talk about right things to do but only on screen, not in reality.

Claim you want to change the world for the better, but yet have all this money for wars and space travel and equipment. We haven't even discovered 6% of all oceans in out earth at easier. But claim you want to feed the poor. Leaving it up to us to make small donations. Smh The pandemic is over. Open the country. End the travel restrictions.

I used to manage in healthcare and am now enjoying work again. Sometimes you need to take a time out and reassess your life

During the PLAN-DEMIC big corporations were able to eliminate a lot of the small guys, leaving only the big companies to thrive. Also since. People have been so stressed, the ones you claim their interests are starting to see the neglect, the priority of $$$ over human lives!
