The San Diego Padres have made the early headlines, winning the Mike Clevinger sweepstakes. They also acquired reliever Trevor Rosenthal, a pair of catchers in Jason Castro and Austin Nola, as well as a left-handed power bat in Mitch Moreland.made two deals last week, bringing in Taijuan Walker and Daniel Vogelbach from the Seattle Mariners.
