The Toronto Maple Leafs have placed goaltender Michael Hutchinson on waivers.

Hutchinson became the odd man out after Leafs GM Kyle Dubas pulled the trigger on a trade with the Los Angeles Kings for netminder Jack Campbell.

The Leafs’ decision to waive Hutchinson comes at the heels of news that Andersen is back to full health and will start the game against the Dallas Stars on Thursday.

Hutchinson has a .886 save percentage and 3.66 goals-against average with the Leafs this season.
