The federal arrangement isn’t a coalition! How is this one of our national newspapers? Federal liberals and NDP said the same thing during the election. They were being deliberately deceptive. Ford government plans to expand Highway 401 to 3 lanes across eastern Ontario - Kingston | Globalnews.caThe proposed widening of the highway also includes a new interchange in Belleville to deter transport trucks from driving through the city.
