change the approach no shit since when does shutting tower blocks down, not letting HEALTHY PEOPLE OUTSIDE, but instead locking them with KNOWN INFECTED PEOPLE EVER GOING TO PREVENT INFECTION that is deliberately putting lives at risk unless it isn't that bad truth?

Yesterday and 29 July were both an outliers in a very noisy daily signal , if you combine number for new cases for 29July and 30July you get a more likely figure of about 520 new cases for both days
