An Adelaide woman has been hit over the head with an unknown object and sexually assaulted while she was out on her morning walk yesterday.
The attack occurred along a path in a wetlands area near Ramsar Road in Munno Para at about 7am, police say.The suspect ran away for the area after the attack and is described as about 170cm tall, tanned complexion, medium build, and was wearing a black mask across the lower half of his face, along with a hooded jumper and dark-coloured pants.Police have appealed for witnesses and dashcam footage.
