Not impressed by the coverage, at all. So much effort by parade participants and 'hosts' were largely uninformed and only interested in being starstruck. Most floats were missed - very disappointed.

not for me
Went to the Mardi Gras in the early 80s. This looks very tame compared with then. Hardly any bare flesh. By midnight pissed revellers were lying in Oxford Street in their thousands. Next year I recommend a climate denialists for LGBTQI float. Wonder how that would go down?
Fantabulous job SBS for broadcasting MardiGras2020 live for everyone who can’t make it down to sydney and bonus props for removing the geoblock for all those all over the world including the places where people are forbidden by law to be who they are
