Victoria’s is the more conservative approach, with life at 70 per cent mainly resuming outdoors, which Mr Andrews said was “far safer” than indoors. Hospitality venues and retail in NSW will be permitted to operate indoors with strict density requirements of one person per four square metres. All of this will only be permitted outdoors in Victoria.
