Victoria has recorded its eleventh consecutive day with zero new locally transmitted cases of COVID-19.

Seven cases have been detected in returned overseas travellers in hotel quarantine.

Over 11,000 tests were conducted in the past 24 hours, with the state currently holding 30 active cases of the virus.
