The US Supreme Court has overturned the landmark Roe v Wade ruling, which gave women the constitutional right to abortion.

It seemed plainly obvious, even from tens of thousands of miles away in another jurisdiction, that R&W was a case of SCOTUS erroneously acting as legislator. Morality aside, this decision seems legally right.

It acknowledges that there never was a constitutional right. That’s all, returns the power/authority to the individual states.
