US lawmakers in the House of Representatives have voted 354 to 60 to condemn President Donald Trump's move to withdraw American troops from northeast Syria.

The US House of Representatives has voted overwhelmingly to condemn President Donald Trump's decision to withdraw forces from northeast Syria, clearing the way for Turkey's offensive against US-allied Syrian Kurds.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said a Democratic leaders' White House meeting was cut short after Trump had a"meltdown" over the vote. "And that's why we couldn't continue in the meeting because he was just not relating to the reality of it."Wednesday's vote underscored deep unhappiness in Congress over Trump's action, which many lawmakers view as abandoning Kurdish fighters who had been fighting alongside Americans to defeat Islamic State militants.

1) US is in Syria illegally in the first place 2) Trumps move is only bad bc of Turkish invasion & attack on the Kurds 3) The solution was to bring in UN peacekeepers to replace US troops or broker a deal between Kurds & Syrian govt BEFORE leaving

These are the very people who start foreign wars. If Trump wasn't involved, the cowardly hypocrites at the SBS and on the left in general, would be criticising the US politicians who vote in favour of foreign wars But not this time, they need to attack Trump instead.

War loving psychopaths who pretended to be against war but who now actually vote to keep the endless wars going
