Queensland doctors say there’s an “unprecedented” outbreak of measles in Brisbane, with more than 1000 people potentially affected.

Eight cases of measles have been detected in the past few weeks and more than 1000 people could have been exposed to the outbreak with doctors concerned that number could rise.

Doctors said this is highly unusual as south east Queensland normally only records up to four measles cases each year. The outbreak has been traced to a child who was infectious during a China Airlines flight from Auckland to Brisbane in early October.

Immigrants who are not immunised? Or Snowflakes who don’t believe innimmunisation?

Climate change no doubt !

AmyRemeikis Didn’t have to scroll far to get in to the nutjob replies here. Unrelated, how many antivaxxers have talked about their beliefs on SKY?

this is why we need 5G, the radiation is at the correct frequency to vibrate and sonically destroy the measles virus. you won't find information about this as it's suppressed by arpansa

What strain of Measles is it? The normal 'wild' variety or one of those evoked from those that were weaponised or one produced for the purpose of innoculation? Please say.

Climate change I’m sure

Is it really unprecedented or is this a vaccine push. This has been done before and lo and behold guess what names were behind it.... cough, Clintons.

When I was a kid it was a badge of honour to get the measles, you got time off school and lay around eating icecream.

The report states that the biggest threat continues to be Sunni extremists. What a load of rubbish. Five eyes just want to take down the right because we will take down Agenda21 and bring back the love of country and reject globalization. I have come across lots of violent lefts but none of my crazy right winger mates are violent. What a load of bull! You are putting a target on ordinary peopl, while ignoring the real violence coming from the left and the bully unions!

Australia is 'land of droughts and flooding rains' despite climate change | Sky News AustraliaSky News host Chris Kenny has lashed out at the ABC, saying the public broadcaster uses Australian taxes “against” the public to “push their chosen political and ideological line on climate change”.\n\n“As I've demonstrated before by reference to the science - the reports of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change no less - and other sources, there is no way you can scientifically blame Australia's current drought to climate change,” Mr Kenny said. \n\n“But the ABC is intent on making the link, even playing 'gotcha' politics to force politicians to make a pointless concession … It seems they can't handle the truth.”\n\nMr Kenny added that Australia is “land of droughts and flooding rains” and it will be “so long as we exist on this continent”.\n The man is insignificant. Reporting well understood science is now apparently pushing a political and ideology agenda. Kenny is getting more and more obsessed and fixated with the ABC. Does he every do a program that doesn’t include “lash(ing) out at the ABC” 'The science' he says, hoping to god no one watched Media Watch on said target channel inserting what he consistently omitted from this week's 'totally rock solid rebuttal' snippet. Wonder why he's angry tho lol 😢

Any woman married into Islam HAS NO CHOICES we can’t grasp that. They have NO CHOICE... to say that will expose the real heart of Islam. These women as damned either way. Just NO. How come your daughter is over there? Was it something she learnt at home to make her go?
