Trump's fine and the charity's funds will be split evenly among eight organisations, including Citymeals on Wheels, the United Negro College Fund and the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum.

Trump also accepted restrictions on his involvement in other charitable organisations. His three eldest children, who were members of the foundation's board, must undergo mandatory training on the duties of those who run charities. Trump Foundation lawyer Alan Futerfas said the non-profit has distributed approximately US$19 million over the past decade, including US$8.25 million of the president's own money, to hundreds of charitable organisations.

James said the evidence of banned coordination between campaign officials and the foundation included emails exchanged with then-Trump campaign manager Corey Lewandowski.

Trump jnr exposes identity of officer who prompted impeachment inquiryIn a statement issued after Trump jnr's tweet, the whistleblower's attorneys warned that 'identifying any suspected name for the whistleblower will place that individual and their family at risk of serious harm'. Once again fake news. The identity is already known and published by other “news” outlets like yourselves. It's like a Mafia family :) I suppose that is all they can say. If the whistleblower was someone else they would confirm that, whilst not identifying him. Otherwise the lawyers would be allowing an innocent person and their family at risk of serious harm.
