Travellers to be tested upon entry and exit to quarantine, small business restrictions eased

People entering Australia will be tested for COVID-19 upon entry and exit from their 14-day quarantine, the Chief Medical Officer says, while national cabinet has agreed to allow states and territories to double the number of people allowed in small premises.
