The AFL policy for trans women IMO is now worlds best practice in finding the balance between inclusion and exclusion and finding the balance in fairness. I suggest other sports follow suit such as WorldRugby at the elite level.
What does the law say in Australia in regards to trans & gender diverse athletes? Can a trans athlete be legally discriminated against in sport? Yes if an exemption has been applied for and granted.

The rules aren't there to stop trans people from playing, they are there to protect the other players. Males are typically more physical than females, this is why they have such thresholds you must meet.
I have no problem with transgenders but let’s be honest here if u have male testosterone you have a distinct advantage in many sports she can not deny that.
