Refugees and asylum seekers in Melbourne's Park Hotel on Sunday said they are concerned about the response of Serco and the ABF.The Australian Border Force confirmed three asylum seekers at Melbourne's Park Hotel have returned positive COVID-19 results, saying COVID-19 protocols are being implemented to contain the outbreak.
The ABF said vaccination has been offered to those detainees consenting since early August, adding any detainees with COVID-19 symptoms are "immediately placed into quarantine". He's currently in the Park Hotel in Melbourne where he says detainees found out today that three people had tested positive and others were also showing symptoms."We are always together... we sit together, eat together, we really don't know what to do."
They should be in hospital, border farce has proven itself incompetent at best with refugee health.
