Novak Djokovic’s beliefs about COVID-19 vaccination will go on trial in the Federal Court on Sunday after his legal team challenged the federal government to prove his presence in Australia may disrupt civil order and undermine its pandemic response.
“There was no evidence before the respondent that Mr Djokovic had made any comments about his vaccination status or expressed any ‘views’ regarding vaccination at any time during which he has been in Australia ... or at any other time in any other location ” his lawyers submitted.

There is no law in Australia that makes it illegal not to be double vaccinated. An exemption allows peole in who are not vaxed. He has not done anything illegal. Why are so many people so bitter? Where is Australia's fair go gone?
