CEO Tim Cook fronted the company's autumn product event overnight, headlined by the new iteration of the iPhone.The iPhone 13 has been"completely rearchitected" on the inside to make room for a larger battery, which will provide up to 1.5 hours of extra battery life in the mini model and 2.5 hours in the normal sized version.
The screen's super retina XDR display is 28 per cent brighter than before to make it easier to view when you're outside. Its power efficiency has also been improved. Perhaps the coolest new feature is"Cinematic Mode", an addition to the phone's video capturing capabilities which Apple says will let you"effortlessly create cinema-grade videos" even with no filmmaking experience.
There are four colours: graphite, gold, silver and"sierra blue". Prices for the Pro start at $1,699, with a 6.1-inch display. The larger iPhone Pro Max, with a 6.7-inch screen, starts at $1,849.The new Apple Watch is a smidgeon larger than the Series 6 version, coming in 31mm and 45mm sizes. Apple emphasised the improvement to the watch's battery life. It has a USB-C port now, and can reportedly go from 0 per cent charge to 80 per cent in 45 minutes.
The Series 7 comes in black, blue, red, gold and green. It will be available later this year, starting at $399 in the United States .The new iPad Mini is larger than its predecessor, featuring an 8.3-inch display. Like most of the other products announced today, it has thinner bezels than before.
